Lamb Lamb – BBQ Lamb – Yum!
With a long tradition of bringing people together, Lamb is the flavoursome meat that has been enjoyed by Aussies for generations – lamb has every occasion covered.
- 2 150gms Raw Lamb Leg Steaks
- 2 tbsp Masterfoods Lamb Herb Seasoning
- 1 Cup CousCous Cooked
- 2 Medjool Dates Chopped
- 2 mini Cucumbers diced
- 1/3 cup Red Capsicum diced
- 1/2 tin Chickpeas (400gm can) drained and rinsed
- 200 gms Pumpkin steamed
- 1/2 cup Parsley chopped
- 1 Orange Juiced
Toss together all ingredients, add salt & pepper, squeeze the juice of 1 orange over the top, and sprinkle with fresh flat leaf parsley.
Sprinkle seasoning over lamb and place on heated Greenplate Hotplate and cook to desired time
