Bacon & Egg Muffins

Ingredients
- 1 x Tip Top Wholemeal English Muffin
- 1 egg
- 2 slices 97% fat free bacon
- Spinach
Instructions
- Cook bacon & egg on the hotplate
- Brush the muffins with olive oil and place facing olive oil side down on the hotplate, warm through.
- Create your layers - muffin - spinach - egg - bacon - egg. PERFECTION!

You could add so much more to this breakfast muffin - all cooked at the same time as the bacon and eggs
