Bacon & Egg Muffins

This week’s Go To - Quick & Easy 


  • 1 x Tip Top Wholemeal English Muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices 97% fat free bacon
  • Spinach


  • Cook bacon & egg on the hotplate
  • Brush the muffins with olive oil and place facing olive oil side down on the hotplate, warm through.
  • Create your layers - muffin - spinach - egg - bacon - egg. 


You could add so much more to this breakfast muffin - all cooked at the same time as the bacon and eggs

  • Tomato
  • Cheese
