Bacon & Egg Muffins

This week’s Go To - Quick & Easy 

Ingredients
  • 1 x Tip Top Wholemeal English Muffin
  • 1 egg
  • 2 slices 97% fat free bacon
  • Spinach
Instructions
  1. Cook bacon & egg on the hotplate

  2. Brush the muffins with olive oil and place facing olive oil side down on the hotplate, warm through.

  3. Create your layers - muffin - spinach - egg - bacon - egg. 

    PERFECTION!
