When we think of breakfast, brunch or lunch – what’s better than Bacon & Eggs. Throw in some mushrooms, avocado, tomato and spinach – YUM – a meal fit for a King/Queen

Brunch Goals - Bacon & Eggs

Servings: 1


  • 30 gms Roll
  • 30 gms Smashed Avocado
  • 30 gms Bergs Short Cut Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Button Mushrooms Cut in half
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
  • Spinach


  • Cut up all your fresh ingredients (Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Spinach)
  • Cut Roll in half
  • Mash your Avocado up
  • On the hotplate - brush oil over the hotplate
  • Add Bacon and eggs
  • Add mushrooms and tomatoes to another area of the hotplate and cook through
  • When everything is almost cooked through add the cut in half rolls to toast up


  • Roll - avocado - bacon - egg - salt and pepper
  • Combine mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach together on the side
