A Burger Without The Bread
Some people get tired of the same ‘ol burger – this one is yummy and healthy for you.
- 2 BBQ'd pumpkin slices
- 2 BBQ'd Field Mushrooms 2
- 2 Woolies heart Smart burger patties BBQ'd
- Fresh sliced tomato
- 20 gms South Cape low fat Feta
Add Burger Pattie to hotplate and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through
Slice the Pumpkin and add place on the hotplate
Grill Field Mushroom - the large ones
Layer Burger using the pumpkin as the "burger"
