Due to the popularity of our last amazingly tasty Cheese & Spinach Quesadilla, Feed Me Healthy has created yet another Healthy Quesadilla recipe for the hotplate!
Toasted Chicken, Cheese & Avocado Quesadilla
- 2 x wholemeal tortilla
- 60 gms Avocado
- 150 gms Chicken Breast pre cooked on the hotplate
- 50 gms Lite Cheese
- 1 Tbls olive oil
- Brush the olive oil on one side only of both tortillas.
- Place the tortilla oil side down on the hotplate and fill the tortilla with fillings
- Place other tortilla un-oiled side down - cook one side until crispy
- Flip over and cook the other side until crispy and cheese is melted.
