Due to the popularity of our last amazingly tasty Cheese & Spinach Quesadilla, Feed Me Healthy has created yet another Healthy Quesadilla recipe for the hotplate!


Toasted Chicken, Cheese & Avocado Quesadilla


  • 2 x wholemeal tortilla
  • 60 gms Avocado
  • 150 gms Chicken Breast pre cooked on the hotplate
  • 50 gms Lite Cheese
  • 1 Tbls olive oil


  • Brush the olive oil on one side only of both tortillas.
  • Place the tortilla oil side down on the hotplate and fill the tortilla with fillings
  • Place other tortilla un-oiled side down - cook one side until crispy
  • Flip over and cook the other side until crispy and cheese is melted.
