Greenplate® worked closely with Holdmark Construction and Canada Bay Council to provide a customised wheelchair accessible BBQ (Greenplates Equal Access Range) that met the customers specifications that needed to be accessible from all angles.

Holdmark is a privately-owned property development and investment group founded over twenty-five years ago. During this time, Holdmark has become one of Sydney’s most trusted and respected property groups, with the past twenty-five years building well designed, high quality projects in some of Sydney’s most sought after locations.

Holdmark was responsible for the development of the Majors Bay projects, located in Mortlake, just west of Sydney and close to Sydney Olympic Park.

Holdmark were advised by Canada Bay Council to come up with a BBQ system that included one hotplate and Sink that had to be wheel chair accessible. This asset was eventually handed to the council after the completion of the project.

The client also specified that the product had to be of a high quality, reliable, low maintenance, can withstand any weather condition and easy to clean. Greenplate were able to easily achieve the required outcome and supplied the BBQ solution to Holdmark in a quick and efficient manner.
