A Burger Without The Bread 


Some people get tired of the same ‘ol burger – this one is yummy and healthy for you.

Open BBQ "Burgers"
  • 2 BBQ'd pumpkin slices
  • 2 BBQ'd Field Mushrooms 2
  • 2 Woolies heart Smart burger patties BBQ'd
  • Fresh sliced tomato
  • Rocket
  • 20 gms South Cape low fat Feta
  1. Add Burger Pattie to hotplate and cook for 2-3 minutes each side or until cooked through

  2. Slice the Pumpkin and add place on the hotplate

  3. Grill Field Mushroom - the large ones

  4. Layer Burger using the pumpkin as the "burger"
