Dinner in 10 minutes – what a great idea – and all on a barbecue

10 minute Pork Stir Fry
  • 150 gms Pork lean leg strips
  • 1 cup Broccoli Florets
  • 1/2 Red Capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 Red Onion sliced
  • 1/2 punnet Baby Corn sliced
  • 1/2 cup Mushrooms sliced
  • 1/2 - 1 clove Garlic grated
  • 1 tbls Soy Sauce
  • 1 tbls Ayam Light Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 2 tsp Peanut Oil
  1. Oil the hotplate, add all the veg and stir fry for 4-5 minutes 

  2. Add Pork strips, cook for a further 4 minutes

  3. Once almost cooked add grated garlic, soy & sweet chilli, toss for a further minute and serve.

  4. Sprinkle with 1 tsp black & white sesame seeds
