- 1 packet of raw chicken tenderloins
- 1 tsp Masterfoods Portuguese Seasoning available in the spices section at Coles or Woolies
- 2 tsp olive oil
Sprinkle Portuguese seasoning over the Tenders,
Add 2 tsp oil to the hotplate and using a brush or paper toweling and spread it out
Add chicken tenderloins to our hotplate, turning half way for 10 minutes or until cooked.
Serve with seasonal vegetable - cooked through on the hotplate or a light crisp salad
