Everyone loves a QUICK and easy stir fry but sometimes it’s hard to find all the right things that make it taste GREAT! Greenplates Hotplate for Healthy Hearts recipe makes things perfect. 

We have all done a “little bit of this, a little bit of that” and got it just right – AND WRONG – this recipe takes out the guess work and creates a beautiful meal – all on a Greenplate® Hotplate!



Sweet Chilli Chicken Stir Fry


  • 150 gms chicken breast diced
  • 1/4 Capsicum sliced
  • 1/4 onion sliced
  • 5-6 florets of broccoli separated into small pieces
  • 2 Tsp light sweet chilli sauce
  • 2 Tsp light soy sauce
  • Pinch of chilli flakes
  • Salt
  • 2 tsp peanut oil


  • Brush hotplate with peanut oil
  • Add vegetables and stir fry over high heat for 3-4 mins
  • Once vegetables turns a vibrant colour add chicken and stir fry for a further 3-4 minutes
  • Add sauces and chilli - season with salt
  • When chicken is cooked through - serve and enjoy
