Toss sweet chilli sauce through cooked shredded chicken, set aside.
On the hotplate brush a little oil over a small area and lay one wrap down
sprinkle the cheese, chicken and spinach on top of the wrap then place the second wrap on top
cook until the bottom has browned and then flip the quesadilla over with a spatula, & cook the bottom side until golden brown.
Cook the Chicken on the hotplate before making the Quesadilla
