Cheese & Spinach Quesadilla
  • 2 Wattle Valley Lite Wraps
  • 25 gms Bega 50% less fat cheese
  • 1 Chicken Breast (COOKED) shredded
  • Salt & Pepper
  • 1 Tbls Ayam light Sweet Chilli Sauce
  • 1 full cup Raw Baby Spinach
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  1. Toss sweet chilli sauce through cooked shredded chicken, set aside.

  2. On the hotplate brush a little oil over a small area and lay one wrap down

  3. sprinkle the cheese, chicken and spinach on top of the wrap then place the second wrap on top

  4. cook until the bottom has browned and then flip the quesadilla over with a spatula, & cook the bottom side until golden brown.
