Portuguese Chicken Tenders
An extremely quick yet filling and healthy meal that takes 10 minutes total to cook.
  • 1 packet of raw chicken tenderloins
  • 1 tsp Masterfoods Portuguese Seasoning available in the spices section at Coles or Woolies
  • 2 tsp olive oil
  1. Sprinkle Portuguese seasoning over the Tenders, 

  2. Add 2 tsp oil to the hotplate and using a brush or paper toweling and spread it out

  3. Add chicken tenderloins to our hotplate, turning half way for 10 minutes or until cooked.

Serve with seasonal vegetable - cooked through on the hotplate or a light crisp salad
