Big Healthy Breakfast Bowl
  • 100 gms short cut 97% fat free bacon
  • tomato mushroom spinach & rocket
  • 3 eggs + 3 Tbls water whisked together
  • 1 tsp olive oil
Hint: The water makes your eggs fluffy and light
  1. Add bacon to hotplate first, and cook on one side before
  2. Spread 1 tsp of oil over the hotplate then add the whisked eggs, ensuring you constantly move the eggs until just cooked

  3. Cook tomato - halved, mushroom, spinach and rocket the same time as flipping the bacon over

  4. Everything should be ready at the same time.
