3 Layer B.L.T. Sandwich
Cooked on a Greenplate® Barbecue
  • 3 slices of Tip Top Thin Sandwich Slices toasted on the hotplate
  • 100 gms Aldi Berg 97% fat free bacon
  • 4 slices of tomato
  • 1 tbls pumpkin purée optional
  • Iceberg lettuce
  • 1 tbls praise whole egg light mayo
  • Salt & Pepper
  1. Place the bread on the hotplate and toast till golden brown

  2. Spread the mayo between 2 slices (top & bottom) 

  3. Pumpkin Purée (left over from dinner the night before - steamed pumpkin) spread in the middle slice of bread

  4. Layer your BLT with lettuce, cooked bacon & tomato over the 2 layers

  5. Season with salt & pepper

Want to fancy it up a bit and add more flavour??

Grate 1/2 fresh garlic clove into the mayo to make it an Aoli
