Bbq Lamb with Pumpkin CousCous

Ingredients

  • 2 150gms Raw Lamb Leg Steaks
  • 2 tbsp Masterfoods Lamb Herb Seasoning

Pumpkin CousCous

  • 1 Cup CousCous Cooked
  • 2 Medjool Dates Chopped
  • 2 mini Cucumbers diced
  • 1/3 cup Red Capsicum diced
  • 1/2 tin Chickpeas (400gm can) drained and rinsed
  • 200 gms Pumpkin steamed
  • 1/2 cup Parsley chopped
  • 1 Orange Juiced

Instructions

Pumpkin CousCous

  • Toss together all ingredients, add salt & pepper, squeeze the juice of 1 orange over the top, and sprinkle with fresh flat leaf parsley.

Lamb

  • Sprinkle seasoning over lamb and place on heated Greenplate Hotplate and cook to desired time
