Ingredients
  • 30 gms Roll
  • 30 gms Smashed Avocado
  • 30 gms Bergs Short Cut Bacon
  • 2 Eggs
  • 1 tsp Olive Oil
  • Button Mushrooms Cut in half
  • Cherry Tomatoes Cut in half
  • Spinach
Instructions
  1. Cut up all your fresh ingredients (Mushrooms, Tomatoes, Spinach)

  2. Cut Roll in half

  3. Mash your Avocado up

  4. On the hotplate - brush oil over the hotplate

  5. Add Bacon and eggs

  6. Add mushrooms and tomatoes to another area of the hotplate and cook through

  7. When everything is almost cooked through add the cut in half rolls to toast up

Assembly
  1. Roll - avocado - bacon - egg - salt and pepper

  2. Combine mushrooms, tomatoes and spinach together on the side
