AKOYA Park is a 390 hectare flagship integrated community development by DAMAC Properties. The master plan features two major green spaces located at the heart of a new residential community offering the largest community park in the UAE.
Spanning 84 hectares the park is punctuated by ten green oasis nestled amongst a backdrop of ancient dunes. Leading sustainable technologies have been incorporated into the masterplan including recycled effluent water for irrigation, solar energy generation, microclimate shade control and earth covered park pavilions.
Greenplate Inbench Barbecue Systems have been installed into bespoke granite benchtops to cater for the growing community, providing year-round barbecue pleasure at the push of a button.
