The first solar barbecue of its type produced and installed by Greenplate in the Logan City Council cultural Precinct of The Kingston Butter Factory in 2001 provides some pretty strong evidence that this type of solar array will stand up to just about anything the public and Mother Nature can throw at it.
This system has been in operation for over 20 years now and apart from the on/off button on the BBQ, it has performed faultlessly.
