Greenplate was approached by Holiday Haven as they were looking for a quality BBQ system to accompany their new Top Tier Glamping Tents.
The brief required the existing power to be used as they did not want to disturb the existing infrastructure and ample bench space was needed for preparing food.
This was achieved by utilising the Greenplate Matilda Double 1 BBQ Cabinet. Th energy efficient BBQ operates on a single 10 AMP circuit, so no electrical upgrades were required as part of the installation process.
The Matilda Cabinet also incorporates a large preparation area which was an essential component of the client’s brief.
Also included in the project was a Greenplate Welded Lid. Due to the BBQ being out in the open with no shelter the Welded Lid provides a robust cover protecting the BBQ plate and preventing water from entering through the drainpipe and filling up the grease bucket.
The Matilda Cabinet will successfully compliment the newly installed glamping tent providing cooking options for guests for years to come.
