Greenplate Launches Extended Warranty Rewards Program to Support Bulk Buyers
Greenplate is proud to announce the launch of its new Extended Warranty Rewards Program, aimed at providing even greater value and peace of mind for our loyal customers. This exciting initiative rewards organisations that purchase multiple Greenplate BBQ units within a single financial year by extending the warranty period on parts—at no additional cost.
A Rewarding New Approach to Warranty Support
At Greenplate, our mission has always been to deliver durable, energy-efficient BBQ solutions backed by long-term support. The new Extended Warranty Rewards Program is a reflection of that commitment, recognising those who continue to invest in our Australian-made electric BBQ technology across caravan parks, holiday resorts, communal spaces, and other recreational facilities.
Under the program, warranty coverage increases in line with the number of BBQ hotplates ordered during each financial year:

This program applies to all orders placed from July 1st, 2025, and is automatically applied—no forms or registrations are required.
What the Warranty Covers
The Extended Warranty applies specifically to parts only and does not include labour. It is designed for installations in supervised, private-use environments such as holiday parks, managed recreational areas, and community centres. Please note that this extended coverage does not apply to BBQs installed in unsupervised public open spaces such as public parks or reserves.
