Greenplate Barbecues have the strongest warranty on the market. With years of infield testing and thousands of BBQ units operating across the globe Greenplate are able to offer an excellent warranty on its entire BBQ Range.
5 Year Replacement Warranty on the BBQ Heating Element – Due to our Patented Extra Low Voltage Heating Element we are able to offer a complete replacement of your element if it has failed within 5 years of the purchase date.
2 Year Replacement Warranty on all other Electrical Components – We offer a standard 2 year replacement and labour warranty on all the electrical components inside the BBQ. If there is a fault
Lifetime Structural Warranty on the BBQ Body, Cooking Plate and Cabinet Ranges.
Our Parts Policy
No matter the age or the condition of your BBQ we can either repair or supply parts to get that unit operating again.
Changes to the BBQ’s are designed with previous models in mind. This ensures new parts are designed to suit the older models. At Greenplate we design our products to last, therefore we have no cut of date for the supply of parts.
Parts are usually dispatched the same day as payment is received. We use express post couriers for all of our logistics. This ensures clients are receiving components in the shortest possible timeframe.
Our BBQ are Designed to Last
Greenplate BBQ’s are manufactured in Australia using the highest quality components. BBQ bodies are constructed out of Stainless Steel and all fixings are either brass or stainless. The cooking plate is pressed from a single sheet of 2.5mm Stainless Steel and is covered by our Lifetime Structural Guarantee.
We still have a large number of units still operating since the early 2000’s. Pictured below is the Solar BBQ Installation at Colmslie Beach Reserve for Brisbane City Council. This BBQ unit has been operating since 2006 and is only now having the battery bank replaced. That is over 16 years of public BBQ use that is provided by drawing power from the sun using the solar modules on the roof. A perfect example of a carbon neutral public cooking solution.
